Karen Tiltman is the new Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the Merchant Services division at Nets, a company within the Nexi Group, which includes Concardis, a full-service payment service provider operating in the DACH region. In this role, she will be responsible for further enhancing the company's operational performance and laying the foundation for Nets' long-term goal of offering excellent customer service as a competitive advantage and key differentiator.
Tiltman joins Nets from American Express, where she spent over 23 years working in the Issuing and Acquiring sectors. During much of this time, she was part of the Global Servicing Group, where Tiltman and her team significantly enhanced merchant customer experiences and transformed digital service functions and processes.
Tiltman is also deeply committed to broader inclusion and diversity efforts and has a genuine passion for leading colleague networks. She served as Executive Sponsor of the Disability Awareness Network in the UK and the Women's Interest Network in Phoenix, Arizona.
