MyPayments App and Nexi Merchant Portal

You can view, download, and print your acquiring statements digitally and free of charge in the Nexi Merchant Portal or in the MyPayments App. If necessary, you can also receive your statements by post for a fee of €2.50 per copy (according to the currently valid price list). Please note that when using the portal, postal delivery will be automatically discontinued to contribute to a paperless, environment-friendly world.

If you register in the Nexi Merchant Portal, you will automatically be unsubscribed from postal delivery of acquiring statements. You can register here: https://lp.nexi.de/portal-registrieren

Yes. After registering in the portal, you will find both your acquiring statements and your terminal invoices digitally and free of charge in the portal.

After submission, we will check your request and send you an email with a link to enter your remaining data. As a last step you will receive an email with a verification link. Click on the link to verify your account and access the portal via this link: https://login.nexi.de/ 

If you have successfully registered to the Nexi Merchant Portal, you can simply log in with your email address and password through this link https://login.nexi.de/
