Tell a friend and receive an Easter bonus

Nexi Germany GmbH, Helfmann-Park 7, 65760 Eschborn (hereinafter: Nexi) is responsible for the KwK.

Nexi would like to thank its existing customers for their successful referrals and rewards them with a bonus. Every existing customer (hereinafter: Referrer) will receive a bonus as a thank you for successfully referring a new customer (hereinafter: Referred Customer) if all conditions of participation are met. The refer-a-customer program starts in September 2023 and runs indefinitely. Nexi reserves the right to change, pause or discontinue the program without prior notice.

All natural persons

• who have reached the age of 18 
• are resident in Germany 
• and have an existing terminal and/or acceptance contract with Nexi are eligible to participate.

Employees, sales partners and sales representatives of Nexi are excluded from this.

The referrer enters their data and the data of the referred person here. An automatically generated e-mail from Nexi is then sent to the referrer containing the referrer's details and the link to the official application form. The referrer then submits the official application using the form. The application for KwK must be submitted via this form before the referrer concludes the contract. Subsequent information will not be taken into account.

Alternatively, the referrer can send the link www.nexi.de/kwk to the referred party via a channel of their choice. It must be clear to the referred party at the time of application that the referrer will receive the above-mentioned bonus for a successful referral.

Before making contact, the referrer must ensure that the referred party agrees to the contact as such and the method of making contact (e.g. by email).

Recruiters may submit a maximum of five successful recommendations per year. The mass and/or commercial recruitment of new customers via intermediary portals, social networks, etc. is prohibited and does not entitle the referrer to receive the bonus. Nexi reserves the right to exclude the respective referrer from the promotion in the event of violations of these conditions of participation.

To ensure that the referrer and the referred party are clearly assigned, the referred party must enter their correct contact details (first name, surname, telephone number, e-mail) and the correct contact details of the referrer (first name, surname, e-mail, GP number) when submitting the application via the form at www.nexi.de/kwk.

A new customer in the context of KwK is any natural person who has reached the age of 18, has not had a terminal and/or acceptance contract with Nexi in the 12 months prior to submitting the application and concludes a terminal and/or acceptance contract for the Smartpay or BAU products through a recommendation from an active existing Nexi customer.

In addition, the referrer and the referred customer must be different persons. Contracts on employee terms and conditions are excluded from the promotion and the referrer will only receive one bonus if a contract eligible for a bonus is concluded.

In principle, each new customer may only be recruited once. In the case of multiple referrals, the referrer whose contact details were first submitted to Nexi by the referred new customer using the form at www.nexi.de/kwk is entitled to a bonus.

The referrer receives the voucher approximately four weeks after the new customer has signed a contract with Nexi. This will be sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the referrer in the form. When redeeming the voucher via www.wunschgutschein.de, the terms and conditions of Wunschgutschein GmbH apply. A gift voucher will be sent to the referrer as a reward from Nexi while stocks last.

An exchange or cash payment of the reward is excluded. The reward may not be distributed commercially or for commercial purposes. Legal recourse is excluded.

The bonus in the form of the voucher may be taxable as a so-called other benefit within the meaning of Section 22 No. 3 EStG, subject to an exemption limit of EUR 256 per calendar year for such benefits. For correct processing, please contact your tax advisor if you have any questions.
